With the passage of time, we all develop some habits. Some of us develop excellent habits and others do not. How do we make habits? Doing something every day is a very powerful method to make your habit. Here I came up with a list of 5 morning tasks, which are worth making your habits.

Wake Up Early

It has lots of reported benefits and several studies have correlated success with waking up early. Early risers get good grades in their student life, achieve more in their business life and are more productive than night owls. Sleep experts state that if you sleep early and wake early, your body will be more in tune with the earth circadian rhythms, which offer more restorative sleep.

Pray

Unless you are an Atheist, it should be the next task. Praying gives you peace of mind and body. It really does not take longer and you have woke up early, so, you have plenty of time for other tasks to accomplish. Praying improves your self confidence, reduces aggression, makes you more forgiving, develops increased feelings of unity and trust, improves health and reduces financial stress.

Exercise

If you exercise in the morning, you will be less likely to skip it for other obligations (no one is going to arrange their birthday party at 06:00 am). Running and swimming are the top 2 exercises. You can pick one or both but don’t do both of them instantly one after the other. Normally running goes first and then swimming followed by a muscles relaxation break. If you join a gym, that’s good but if you are not a fan of workout, running or swimming are just fine too and gives you full body exercise. It will give your metabolism a big boost. After exercise, take a shower and you will feel accomplished.

Healthy Breakfast

Eat healthy breakfast in comfort of your home. As you have woke up early and you still have much time, so, you don’t need to grab your brackfast and rush for office breakfasting on the way. The breakfast you will eat at home in comfort, will digest better and will give your body the maximum possible nutrations.

Visualize the Day Ahead

Now, take some time and review or rewrite your goals. Close your eyes and visualize what you want happen today. Each day, try to get closer to achieve you short term, medium term and long term goals. Reviewing or rewriting your goals will give you better awareness of them throughout the day and you will see your desires becoming realities.
